Wolf Blass Gold Label Barossa Shiraz is a soft, rich red wine with intense dark berry and blood-plum aromas, hints of fragrant spice, and a fleshy, concentrated palate with bright fruit, plush tannins, integrated French oak and an elegant, structural line.

Tasting Notes

An intense and complex mix of dark berry compote and blood plums, with a perfumed spice lift and cohesive hints of French oak.

TASTE:
A soft, rich Taste with bright berry flavours, fleshy fruit, plush tannins and a hint of spice, tied together with balanced, integrated oak. Good length and elegant, structural line.

Food Pairing

Shiraz pairs well with grilled, roast and barbecued red meats, dark fruit sauces, Mexican, Turkish and Chinese spices, and smoky flavours. Gold Label Shiraz is great with beef ribs with hoisin sauce, or spiced lamb burgers with beetroot salsa.
