Ingredients :
- 50ml The Glenlivet Captain’s Reserve
- 10ml palo cortado sherry
- 20ml lemon
- 25ml almond orgeat
- 2 dashes barrel aged bitters

How to serve :
- Shake and strain into a coupette, grate nutmeg.
