Gekkeikan - Yamada Nishiki Tokubetsu Junmai 300ml | Japanese Sake

Rich and subtle. This tokubetsu junmai sake (meaning 'special pure rice wine') has been made using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, which is famous for its use in high quality sake, and Japan-made koji (rice malt or rice mould). This sake has a floral aroma, a well-rounded flavour and a refreshing aftertaste. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature, with foods rich in umami flavour.
Clear crystal water colored with no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, coconut, pineapple, light sweet fruit - tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, coconut, rice, dry, alcohol, light pineapple - tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
