Description
"Jean de Trimoulet" - a seductive red wine with great taste and aroma. The grapes for this wine are grown on calcareous-clay soil with traces of iron. Harvesting is carried out under the strict supervision of Nicolas Thienpont. Vinification process that takes 2-4 weeks is cold alcoholic fermentation and maceration based on its own yeast at a temperature 25-29 ° C. Wine is aged in oak barrels for first class (of which 25% new) for 12-18 months.
