Tasting Notes

Glowing warm red / black with mahogany edge. Classic Saint-Émilion bouquet of velvety red cherries, raspberry, truffle and cedar. Satin soft melted, tender and nuanced juicy taste. Full of buttery soft Merlot fruit, creamy gingerbread and vanilla with a salty / sweet aftertaste. Beautifully developed 11 year old Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
