Description
A mixture of chalky clay and rocky soil, with numerous flinty inclusions. Exposure on mode- rate and gentle slopes facing the West and Northwest...Cool climate for the Provence area due to the altitude (360 to 390 m). Yields close to 50 hl/ha for this generous vintage.
Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault.Vines are 35 to 60 years old.
We vinified, as usual, in cement vats – and par- tially, in open vats with cap-punching. Fermen- tation was quite long and without forcing the extraction.
Barrels of 40 hl and cement vats. The barrels are from a small cooperage called Mittleberger from southern Tyrol. Bottling June 2021.

A deep purple color. A sustained nose of red fruits, garrigue scents. Pristine and crisp on the palate, great elegance and purity, perfect tan-nins. May let the wine age, or drink and enjoyed immediately!
