Description

Angove Butterfly Ridge Shiraz Cabernet has soft, approachable fruit with soft tannins but does provide nice plum fruit flavours. Vibrant red with some purple hues. Aromas of red berry fruit and plums with a hint of wood. On the palate the wine shows vibrant mouth-filling.

HISTORY:
The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Angove family's own Nanya vineyards and premium growers in the region.
Soils are predominantly red sandy loam over limestone, on gently undulating east west ridges.

Tasting Notes

Delicious with Salmon burgers, grilled steak and spicy curry dishes.
