Description
"Crede" is a dialect word for clay, which is a defining feature of the terrain in Valdobbiadene in which the grapes for this Prosecco Superiore are cultivated.
These ancient slopes - at one time the seabed - were formed as the land slowly buckled and curved upwards, arranging the strata of the soil almost vertically.
Tasting Notes
COLOR:Brilliant, straw yellow with green highlights and a persistent, and particularly fine, perlage.
NOSE:Fresh and elegant, with a well-proportioned wave of meadow flowers that yields to a bouquet of delicious fruit.
TASTE:The perfume-like fruit offers notes of pear and apple, while the rich, precise flavour completes the impression of harmony.
