Description
The nose smells like the sun, the ripe fruit with hints of hazelnut. The palate is very dense not too focused on the pit but very fruity. Serve between 12° and 15°C in a wine glass with a small opening (ie. INAO glass). Drink as a digestif at the end of a meal or in a cocktail. This eau de vie de Vieille Mirabelle was aged for a minimum of 12 years in a stainless steel vat.
