This sake is lightly sweet, yet crisp and refreshing with a bright acidity. This sparkling Clear Sparkling Sake is clean and crisp with a gorgeous aroma, crisp acidity and plenty of gentle bubbles. The rice-lees add a soft sweetness and texture to the palate. Notes of lychee and tropical fruits. Enjoy with spicy dishes, or in a cocktail with lime and ginger over ice.
