Description
Bielle Blanc is a premium rum with a strength of 59° and is double distilled. From the selected cane juice, the cuvée first goes through the distillation column before passing through a still. It exalts the terroir of Marie-Galante and the Caribbean sun.
Bielle Blanc has twice won the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, in 2007 and 2011. It is an ingredient of choice for preparing ti-punch.

Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Translucent.
NOSE:
The nose is pleasant. The cane notes, of course, mingle with a lemony aroma and herbal notes. In addition, there is a surprising maritime/iodine impression. The alcohol does not burn in the least.
TASTE:
On the palate, the alcohol is immediately much more noticeable, whether on the attack or as it is kept in the mouth. The cane clearly dominates, but there is also a slight medicinal presence, as well as a discreet vanilla touch.
FINISH:
The finish is medium long with notes of cane. A slight vegetal bitterness appears.
