Description
Grappa obtained from pomace of the typical and famous Moscato. The bunch of grapes is de-stemmed and the fresh pomace started in the distillery to proceed with the accelerated fermentation to catch the maximum and the aromas and flavors. A slight aging follows in small barrels.
