Description
Blue Weber agave patiently allowed to mature 10-14 years are used to create this distillate. After harvest the agave are steam-roasted in stone ovens for 38 hours and then shredded and squeezed to extract the sweet aguamiel (aka honey water or sweet agave syrup). This is then allowed to ferment for 5 days before it is triple-distilled.
Tasting Notes
Casa Noble Crystal tequila packs quite a punch, with a rustic and intensely floral Nose. The Taste has very strong notes of vanilla leading to almost an aloe flavor. The Finish is smooth and nutty similar to almond butter. Drinkable and affordable, it makes a margarita with a delicate fruitiness without being cloyingly sweet.
