NOSE:
Fresh red apples and apple juice, very aromatic with wafts of ketones and esters, hints of peach, floral and sweet, vanilla flowers, honeysuckle and daffodil, slightly musty and cloying at the same time, pineapples in syrup and syrupy dessert wine (sweet Jurancon), pear drop sweeties.

TASTE:
Fresh and sweet, red apple juice, a little ascerbic or fruity acidity, sherbet, woody tannins, quite dry, peach skin, tropical pineapple and mango fruits seasoned with a hint of spiced white pepper and dry oak wood. FINISH:
Medium-long, sweet, juicy, becomes slightly drying and sour.
