COLOR:
Ancient gold in color.

NOSE:
Firm, fresh. Candied citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) coat perfectly ripe apples with their delicate bitterness. It evolves with spices (white pepper) and heady flowers (honeysuckle, lily).

TASTE:
Both smooth and lively. Roasted notes of coffee and praline fuel a voluptuous attack on the palate. They fade away to give way to heady flowers and sandalwood. Finely herbaceous, it continues on aromatic plants (sage, verbena) and on gentian.

FINISH:
Fleshy, heady. It starts exactly where the mouth left off, that is, on the gentian roots. The apple gallops back to liven up a slightly animal finish (bacon, bacon). The retro-olfaction is spicy (star anise, cumin) and the empty glass is fruity and floral (apple tree in blossom).
