Description
Scala Dei St. Antoni is a wine from a single vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards of Scala Dei, which the Carthusian monks were already working on. With it we have recovered a heritage of elaboration that had disappeared in Priorat, and that consists of making wine as it was made during the 70s or earlier. It is one of the wines with which we intend to show the different faces of the Grenache in Scala Dei, depending on its height, soil and processing.
Tasting Notes

Intense aromas of delicate black fruits, red cherries, herbs, and hints of vanilla and roasted cedar.
TASTE:
On the palate, fine layers of very delicate rich dark fruits, fine tannins and lovely acidity, with a creamy finish.
