Description
Blend "Chateau Le Bonnat" Rouge consists of Merlot (55%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (45%). Harvested by hand. After fermentation at 30 ° C and 15 days with daily maceration blending wine aged 12 months in oak casks. The wine can be consumed young after obligatory decanting or stored for 3-10 years.
Tasting Notes
COLOR:Ruby-colored wine.
NOSE:Bright aroma of the wine captures notes of black currant, red fruit and roasted oak.
TASTE:On the palate the wine is dominated by elegant, fruity notes, complemented by nuances of vanilla and burnt wood, and silky and rounded tannins emphasize flavor compositions.
Food Pairing
The wine will be a nice pair of red meat, lamb, cheeses and pates. Before serving, it is recommended to decant.
