Description
This is a French Sauvignon Blanc white wine, made with the grapes cultivated from vines aged 15 years on average.
From the heart of the Landes, unique grape varieties and terroirs are promoted with signature wines from all over the Sud-Ouest. The typical characteristics of these wines are everything that the Southwest stands for. Unusual and authentic wines from original grape varieties produced with craftsmanship. Discoveries, originality and above all conviviality are perhaps the best way to describe these Sud-Ouest wines.
Machine harvest from mid-September. Traditional vinification under temperature control. Short maceration of 2 to 3 months in barrels 'on fine read'.
Tasting Notes
A breathtaking white win with juicy, dynamic fruit, adorned with floral and white fruit notes, with a touch of lemon, honeysuckle and boxwood. There is an ideal amount of intensity, freshness and crunchiness, with a hint of citrus zest on the pleasant finish.
