Description

"Leyenda" Medium Dry - attractive sherry, has an unobtrusive sweetness and characteristic hints of wood. Wine is made from grapes Pedro Ximenez grown in Jerez de Frontera region. In some years in Pedro Ximenez added up to 5% of other varieties (Palomino Fino and Moscato Blanco). After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels according to the method "Solera-kriadera".

Sherry "Leyenda" are made at the winery M.Gil Luque, who joined the Grupo Estévez in 2007.

Complex aroma of wood and dried fruit notes.

TASTE:
Open, fully balanced, slightly sweet with good acidity, wood notes and a soft sweet aftertaste.
