Miss - Côteaux d'Aix En Provence | French Pink Wine

"Miss" Rose Coteaux d'Aix en Provence AOP - light, refreshing pink dry wine with a bright fruity taste, created from a blend of grapes Grenache, Senso and Cunoise. The vines are grown in the vineyards of the Coteau d'Aix-en-Provence terroir, the unique composition of the limestone soils which gives the wines bright mineral nuances. The chief oenologist and curator is Luc Bodet, the famous winemaker and owner of Clos de Santenay and formerly Château Ma Neuf, who actually designated the estate on the wine list as the best in the Costières de Nimes appellation. Vinification takes place in concrete vats, before bottling the wine is aged on the lees. Wine storage potential is 3 to 4 years.
