Anne de Joyeuse - Camas - Syrah | French Red Wine

The Syrah of this red wine from Languedoc-Roussillon (France) has a very intense nose, slightly peppery with aromas of candied black olives. These notes are found in the mouth with a lot of freshness and length. Perfect with roasted grilled meats or poultry.

A dress of a steady garnet, a nose of violet and blackcurrant which shows itself in mouth by a beautiful structure, without aggressiveness of tannins.

With reasoned viticulture, our methods of cultivation are based on the observation of the natural plant cycles of vines and the development of biodiversity.

Traditional vinification; fermentation at controlled temperatures during fifteen days, the juice pumped over the crust.
