This is Vignobles Bourceau's "Cuvée Distinction" red bordeaux blend wine with the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec varietals.
Vineyard Size: 2 Hectares
Soil: Sandy
Vinification: Fermentation under controlled temperatures (8°C) in order to promote fruit extraction. Shedding performed in the midst of alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in concrete vats
Age of the vineyard: 10 years
