Description

The Puligny Montrachet Vieilles Vignes by Vincent Girardin is an imposing and territorial Burgundy Chardonnay, aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels for 15%. It expresses a complex and intense aromatic bouquet, based on mixed white flowers, white pulp fruit and ripe peach and mango inserts, framed by mineral nuances of salt and flint. The mouthfeel is full and enveloping, of elegant but intense freshness in balance to a comfortable smoothness that prolongs the finish in a substantial savoriness.
