Chivite Colección 125 Reserva is a red wine produced by the winery Chivite, a historical benchmark for the D.O Navarra. This is a monovarietal of Tempranillo.
The grapes originate from vines spread over Tierra Estella, on the hillsides of Granja de Legardeta and the estates closer to the winery Señorío de Arínzano. These fields occupy a total land space of 160 hectares.
The processes for the harvest and wine production are performed using traditional methods.
Chivite Colección 125 Reserva, before being bottled, is aged for 14 months in new French oak (40%) and second year oak (60%).
