Cálem Tawny Port matures in oak casks. A vivid goldenbrown colour. A nose of honeyed fruit, with aromas of dried fruit and marked notes of wood. In the mouth, it is silky and velvety, intensely fruity and round. A wine with great balance and character.
Food Pairing
Port will serve as an excellent digestif, when to serve it chilled. It is also recommended to supplement their dried fruit, desserts and cheeses, especially blue cheese, and chocolate.
