Description
Tommasi Viticoltori is one of the leading high-quality Venetian wineries and it has specialized for many years in the production of Valpolicella and Amarone, becoming an ambassador in the world. This Valpolicella DOC represents a perfect example. The grapes that make up this wine originate in the Valpolicella area. This is an assembly of 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara grapes. The vinification process involves 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 4 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
The color of this wine is bright ruby red, very fresh and fruity at Nose, with lots of cherry notes, the Taste is fairly intense with sweet cherry flavours.
Food Pairing
Tommasi's Valpolicella combines tastefully with white meats such as chicken or calf, as well as fresh cheeses (also with creamy cheeses) and first courses with light sauces of meat or vegetables.
