Description
Garofoli's "Amarela" Passerina is a very pleasant wine that offers good freshness on the palate and the aromas and sensations of freshly ripe white fruits on the nose. A slender structure, combined with a great pleasure make it an ideal aperitif wine and fish appetizers. A fresh and dynamic white, vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its natural fragrance.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow, the nose expresses fresh and fruity notes of apple, pear, acacia. On the palate it is balanced, pleasant and soft. Great to drink, it ends with a slightly more bitter finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish dishes of all kinds. Try it with a bottarga first course.
