While Pinot Noirs from the Eola-Amity Hills are typically known for their structure and power, Véronique Drouhin emphasizes Roserock’s elegant and refined qualities, making for a delicious and age worthy cuvée.
Tasting Notes
The Roserock Pinot Noir is a pleasure to drink, and delicious is the first word that comes to mind. It has a beautiful depth of character, with notes of crushed berries, pomegranate, and the essence of marionberry. This Roserock finishes strong with an exuberant spice quality and a refined, rounded mouthfeel. Drink now or hold 8-10 years.
