Delicious array of sweet fruit flavours with dominant blackcurrant, chocolate, mint flavour profile- more medium bodied than full bodied, fine dusty tannin but a super expression of terrior. Ideal with gamey flavours such as char grilled rare kangaroo fillet with redcurrant glaze or aged stilton cheese.
