Chateau De Roquefort - Petit Salé de Villeneuve | French White Wine

A perennial favourite, mostly Clairette from several parcels one planted back in 1954, the Petit Salé, holds terroir which is probably the real reason for the name, Raimond always has a twinkle in his eye. The wine carries a backbone of flint and limestone and delivers both floral, white flowers and, soft white flesh, fruit notes, some lemon through to the finish makes this a complete wine, lucid to the eye and a pleasure in the glass.
