Intense, varietally expressive fruit was selected from our Medlands Vineyard in the Barossa Valley to create richly textured red wine of power, elegance, purity of fruit and extraordinary presence.
Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Deep, dark ruby red color.
NOSE:
Concentrated aromas of black plum and blueberry are complemented by underlying savory notes of bittersweet chocolate, freshly ground coffee and the warm, gentle spice of fine fragrant oak.
TASTE:
Elegant, yet bold and opulent, the palate is rich and complex , with dark fruit flavors of boysenberry, blackberry and blueberry given focus and structure with integrated French oak. A plush, velvety texture and a fine tannin line give rise to a wine of great stature and presence.
