These organic vineyards are located on infertile plots, benefiting from good exposition and red soils laden with Rhone Valley pebbles. The parcels are planted with vines that are over the age of 20 and among the first to be harvested. The climate is typically Mediterranean and influenced by the Mistral wind.
Tasting Notes
This wine is a ruby red color. It exhales well ripened and jammy fruit aromas underscored by spicy notes. It is ample, round and warm on the Taste. This is a well-balanced wine.

It goes very well with stuffed capsicum, saddle of lamb with herbs, roast lamb or grilled beef.
